David J. Silverman
David J. Silverman has been in the real estate business for over a decade and has been facilitating residential and commercial closings day in and day out for years. He is a natural problem-solver and his expertise in real estate transactions has been recognized by colleagues and clients alike. David also owns and operates Maryland Short Sales, LLC and is incredibly skilled at navigating the short sale and foreclosure process. He has successfully closed over one thousand short sales. David gets great joy from providing seamless transactions and exceeding clients’ expectations. Today he leads a team that is dedicated to creating a first class experience for every client.
David is a native of Baltimore County and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland. He earned his J.D. from The University of Baltimore School of Law and is admitted to the Maryland State Bar. David resides in Ellicott City with his wife and three children.
